We can arrange fire risk assessments to ensure your building is a safe place for tenants to live and follows the governments health and safety guidelines. If there is any need to do any modifications we can arrange the appropriate professional to undertake the job. We can get fire extinguishers installed and smoke alarms and get fire hoses checked for pressure along with all the other safety features that maximize fire safety in a large building.
There are other safety issues that are important in a building such as checking air conditioning ducts for Legionella and inspecting lightning conductors. Ensuring disabled access is maintained is particularly important in a building that provides services for elderly people and of course the lifts must be in tip top condition as well.
